TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: 5th June 2025
By signing up for classes, training sessions, memberships, or otherwise engaging with Peninsula Boxing (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, members, and participants (“you”, “your”) using our services or premises.
1. Memberships & Payments
All membership and class fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise arranged.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellations or changes to memberships must be made in writing with [insert notice period, e.g. 14 days] notice.
We reserve the right to change class schedules, membership pricing, or offerings with reasonable notice.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Classes and personal training sessions must be booked in advance via our website, app, or in person.
Cancellations must be made at least [insert timeframe, e.g. 6 or 12 hours] before your scheduled session to avoid forfeiting the class or being charged a cancellation fee.
No-shows may result in a loss of session credit or additional fees.
Late arrivals may be refused entry at the discretion of the trainer.
3. Health & Safety
You acknowledge that boxing and fitness training involve physical activity and inherent risks.
By participating, you confirm you are physically fit and able to take part in physical exercise. You agree to inform staff of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before training.
You participate at your own risk and release Peninsula Boxing and its staff from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained in connection with our services, except where required by law.
All participants must follow staff instructions and behave respectfully towards others. We reserve the right to refuse service or access for any unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour.
4. Age Requirements
Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver or consent form before participating.
Children attending youth or kids' programs must be supervised according to our policies.
5. Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your own belongings. Peninsula Boxing takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
6. Photography & Media
We may occasionally take photos or videos during classes or events for use in marketing or social media. If you do not wish to appear in any images, please notify us in writing.
7. Code of Conduct
Respect for coaches, staff, and fellow members is expected at all times.
Aggressive, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.
Clean indoor shoes and appropriate gym attire must be worn during training.
8. Changes to Terms
Peninsula Boxing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
