Can I train here even if I don’t want to fight?
Yes! Many of our members train purely for fitness, confidence, or stress relief. You don’t need to compete to train like a boxer.
What’s included in the group fitness classes?
Our group sessions are high-intensity workouts inspired by boxing conditioning—expect pad work, bag work, footwork drills, bodyweight exercises, and core training.
How do I start training at Peninsula Boxing?
You can book a free trial session, sign up for a class on MindBody, or pay at the gym with Marcos before your class.
What should I bring to my first session?
Wear comfortable activewear, bring a towel and a water bottle. If you have boxing gloves and wraps, bring them; if not, we have loan gloves you can wear for the class.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. Our coaches offer tailored one-on-one sessions—whether you're looking to refine technique, build fitness, or prepare for competition.
Are there membership options?
We offer casual class passes, weekly unlimited pass or 10 session passes.
